We are part of FB HOLDING – the largest processor of yellow phosphorus in Europe. At the Wittenberg-Piesteritz location, we produce phosphor salts in a wide variety of compositions and uses in all areas of industry, especially in the food industry.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a:
Quality Assurance Specialist (m/f/d) – full-time (40h)
Your tasks
- Manage internal documents for ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, FAMI QS, Kosher and Halal certification
- Performs internal audits and hygienic inspections, including development of corrective measures
- Regular reporting to management on the status of development and the effectiveness of the integrated quality management system
- Motivation and advice of employees in questions of quality management
- Planning and implementation of training measures relating to quality and food safety
- Evaluates pest control effectiveness
- Participation in HACCP team
- Solves internal and external claims
- Completes customer questionnaires
- Closely cooperates with QA team in the Czech Republic
Your profile
- University or college education in chemistry, food technology science or comparable subject
- At least 2 years of experience in quality management, preferably in the chemical industry
- Experience in performing audits
- Good knowledge of English (B2) and confident use of PC and Office applications
- Driving License Group B
- Open and communicative, work in a structured and proactive manner
- Flexibility, morality and discipline with willingness to learn
