At the Wittenberg-Piesteritz site, we produce essential ingredients and functional compounds for food, pharmaceutical and other demanding technical applications. Your tasks
- Maintenance and repair of production facilities
- Replacement of mechanical and electrical components
- Compliance with quality, occupational health and safety and environmental standards
- Support for the automation of industrial processes
- Identification and selection of equipment suitable for mechatronic system designs
- Updating the systems of existing devices by adding mechatronic elements
- Maintaining technical documentation and project files
- Implementation of weak point analyses for process optimisation
- Supervising the work of contractors according to project requirements
- Monitor and calibrate automated systems, industrial control systems or system components to maximise production efficiency
- Investigating possible applications of sensors and communication technologies
Your profile
- Completed vocational training as a mechatronics technician or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience, preferably in a company in the chemical industry
- At least very good knowledge of German (C1) and confident use of PC and Office applications, knowledge of English an advantage
- You are open and communicative, work in a structured and proactive manner and maintain an overview even in difficult situations.
