Omnisal is a company of FB HOLDING – the largest processor of yellow phosphorus in Europe. At the Wittenberg-Piesteritz site, we produce essential ingredients and functional compounds for food, pharmaceutical and other demanding technical applications. Your tasks
- Develop executable plans to support business requirements, corporate goals and initiatives
- Identify, analyse and apply relevant data with regard to the creation and execution of physical or virtual space solutions
- Creating visual representations of quantitative and qualitative information
- Illustrate organisational, operational and functional contexts that have physical and spatial effects
- Creating conceptual solutions that meet the client’s space requirements, physical planning constraints and corresponding IT and compliance requirements
- Develop, maintain and deliver reports, including agreed critical success factors for measuring the efficiency, effectiveness and expressiveness of the working environment
- Conduct interviews and discussions with customers and suppliers to gather, coordinate and summarise project requirements and functional and operational issues
- Provide business case analyses and documentation that meets internal requirements and is consistently aligned with objectives
Your profile
- Completed university or university of applied sciences degree in industrial engineering or comparable qualification
- At least 3 years of professional experience, preferably in a company in the chemical industry
- At least very good knowledge of German (C1) and good knowledge of English (B2) as well as confident use of PC and Office applications
- You are open and communicative, work in a structured and proactive manner and keep an overview even in difficult situations, are able to convince people and harmonise different views.
